Sara Minkara: A Visionary Leader for Inclusion and Empowerment

She is also a disability rights activist, a gender trainer, a researcher, and a writer. She is the founder and director of Rising Flame, an organization that works to advance the rights and opportunities of women and girls with disabilities.
