ISDI's ED, Mrs. Angelina Ugben, alongside NILOWV Rivers State Chapter and her team, paid an advocacy visit to Hon. (Barr.) Samuel B. Kalagbor, Mayor of Port Harcourt. We're thrilled he officially endorsed and supported more special seats for women in parliament.
